Pioneer Comprehensive Medical will now be implementing an optional yearly patient fee.

This fee is essential for us to continue providing the highest quality of care and maintaining the efficiency of operations. 

Rest assured, we’ve diligently worked to ensure that this fee remains affordable for our patients while allowing us to continue offering comprehensive services and investing in the latest medical technologies and resources. 

You now have two options to choose from:

Pay in Full Option: Enjoy the convenience of paying just $195 per year per person 

Payment Plan: Spread the cost with our monthly payment plan of just $19.95 per month per person.

*Please note: that this isn’t a month-to-month membership; it’s simply a way to break down

your yearly fee into manageable monthly installments. It is a 12 month commitment.

We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, which is why we’re offering these options to suit your needs.

Plus, did you know that you can use your HSA cards to cover these fees?

Additionally, depending on your circumstances, these fees may be tax-deductible.

Be sure to chat with your accountant to explore the potential benefits. 

The annual fee covers various aspects of your care including non-clinical and non-covered services throughout the year.

This also enables us to maintain our commitment to excellence by facilitating continued collaboration with your insurance provider to maximize coverage, as well as by keeping our cash prices competitive.

All new patients are kindly requested to submit the same fee prior to their initial appointment.

Can I cancel my yearly fee?

To clarify the subscription details:

If you choose the $195/year plan or the $19.95/month plan, you are committing to a 12-month period.

You cannot cancel the subscription before the 12 months are up.

You can cancel the auto-renewal at the end of the 12-month period by emailing support at [email protected].

What if I can't pay the yearly fee?

We understand that everyone's financial situation is different.

If you're unable or choose not to pay the yearly fee, you can continue to be our patient.

However, your care may look a bit different:

Insurance-Covered Visits: We will follow the guidelines set by your insurance, which may require more frequent visits to ensure that your care stays within what is covered.

Service Scope: Your care will be limited to what insurance covers, which may be different from the more comprehensive care we've provided in the past. This means some of the extra services or personalized attention you may have experienced may not be included.

What does the yearly fee include?

Specifically, the $195 fee gives patients access to a private online platform where we provide:

-recommendations on disease prevention

-tips on managing specific chronic diseases

-health optimization tactics throughs supplementation

-exercise habits

-stress reduction

-health screening recommendations

It also provides a direct line of communication with our patients, allowing us to address general healthcare concerns and modern breakthroughs or cautions and recommendations efficiently.

The fee includes bio-impedance analysis (BIA) providing valuable information to mange their health and pursue health optimization.
