We wanted to take a moment to inform you about an update to our practice policies. 

By July 1st 2024,

we will be implementing a yearly administrative fee for all patients.

This fee is essential for us to continue providing the highest quality of care and maintaining the efficiency of operations. 

Rest assured, we’ve diligently worked to ensure that this fee remains affordable for our patients while allowing us to continue offering comprehensive services and investing in the latest medical technologies and resources. 

You now have two options to choose from:

Pay in Full Option: Enjoy the convenience of paying just $195 per year per person 

Payment Plan: Spread the cost with our monthly payment plan of just $19.95 per month per person.

*Please note: that this isn’t a month-to-month membership; it’s simply a way to break down

your yearly fee into manageable monthly installments. It is a 12 month commitment.

We understand that everyone’s financial situation is different, which is why we’re offering these options to suit your needs.

Plus, did you know that you can use your HSA cards to cover these fees?

Additionally, depending on your circumstances, these fees may be tax-deductible.

Be sure to chat with your accountant to explore the potential benefits. 

The administrative fee covers various aspects of your care, including administrative costs, electronic health record maintenance, operational enhancements to ensure seamless experience during your visits, and offering you sustained access to some  non-clinical and non-covered services throughout the year.

This also enables us to maintain our commitment to excellence by facilitating continued collaboration with your insurance provider to maximize coverage, as well as by keeping our cash prices competitive.

Elite Care and Lifestyle Packages.

These packages offer additional benefits and personalized services tailored to your needs.

They offer many of the services and increased access to us that you our patients have asked for but are not covered by insurance.

If you choose to enroll in either the Elite Care or Lifestyle Package, your yearly administrative fee will be seamlessly included or rolled into the package price.

Is this for required for each member of our family?

Yes, this is a yearly fee per person to be a patient at Pioneer Comprehensive Medical.

How long do I have to decide?

To ensure continuity of care, all patients at Pioneer Comprehensive Medical are required to have their yearly fee paid in full or be enrolled in the payment plan by July 1st, 2024.

Is this fee required to be able to do anything at Pioneer Medical?

This annual patient fee grants access to all medical services provided by our clinic.

However, it's important to note that services such as Direct Nutrition, Brain Restoration, and Laser Machine treatments do not necessitate a yearly fee.

What if I am a new patient?

All new patients are kindly requested to submit the same fee prior to their initial appointment.

Can I cancel my yearly fee?

Opting for either the $195/year or $19.95/month plan signifies a 12-month commitment.

Once this period concludes, you have the flexibility to discontinue your yearly fee should you decide to no longer remain a patient.
